This architectural beauty was designed by Santiago Calatrava in 2009, who is renown for his futuristic engineering works. Shaped as an Irish Icon - A Harp.
*The famous Poolbeg Chimneys in the background.
Calatrava was also commissioned to create another 'futuristic' bridge six years earlier in Dublin, 'James Joyce Bridge' (*both Beckett and Joyce were prominent Irish writers)
