This reserve sits about 105kms south of Tennant Creek in the Northern Territory, Australia.
A deep spiritual and cultural place to the Aboriginals of the area - known to them as Karlu Karlu - meaning 'Round Boulders'.
Named by Europeans as the ' Devils Marbles' when John Ross from the Australian Overland Telegraph Expedition in 1870 said "This is the Devil’s country; he’s even emptied his bag of marbles around the place!"
