Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Two ‘Priscillas’ posing at sunset in the Outback near Silverton, New South Wales, Australia.
I'd arrived two days before the Broken Heel Festival in Broken Hill - a 'salute' to the iconic film Piscilla Queen of the Desert.
Many people told me of the glorious sunset at Mundi Mundi lookout just outside of Silverton. Armed with my camera I drover out there and to my surprise there was a photoshoot with fours of the Priscilla lookalikes as the sun was setting.
Have to say - this was one of the MOST memorable sunsets I've witnessed in Outback Australia!
