I'm fascinated with history and its relics, they evoke stories of a time passed, their life, their work. There is an unspeakable attachment and fascination to our past.
This collection of branding irons marked many cattle in their time - now retired to admire and ponder their past.
It was late afternoon in an old working shed. A row of old rusted branding irons hung on a wall against old cracked timbers. I found the textures of time intriguing.
